Delivery
Within Pakistan
- Free delivery on orders of Rs 5,000 or more.
- Rs 200 flat on orders below Rs 5,000.
- Cash on delivery is available nationwide. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you.
Orders are dispatched within one working day. Most cities receive the parcel in two to four working days. Remote areas can take a little longer, and we will tell you if we expect a delay rather than leave you guessing.
You receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us.
International
We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States.
International delivery is a flat Rs 5,300 per order, whatever the size of the order. Delivery usually takes seven to fourteen working days.
Any customs duty, import tax or handling fee charged by the destination country is payable by you, not by us. These are set by your own government and we have no way of knowing the amount in advance.
Cash on delivery is not available on international orders.
Addresses
Please check your address carefully before you order. We dispatch quickly, and once a parcel is with the courier we cannot change where it is going. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we will send it out again once the delivery charge has been covered.
