Every product page lists chest, length and sleeve in inches for each size. Measure a hoodie you already own flat on a bed and match it to the chart — that is more reliable than guessing from your usual size, because fleece is cut generously.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, anywhere in Pakistan. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. No advance payment is needed.
How long does delivery take?
Two to four working days to most cities. Remote areas can take a day or two longer. You get a tracking number as soon as the parcel is booked.
Can I return something that does not fit?
Yes — within seven days of delivery, unworn and with the tags still attached. Tell us and we arrange the pickup. Washed or worn items cannot be returned.
Will the fleece shrink or pill?
Wash cold, inside out, and skip the dryer. Polyester fleece does not shrink the way cotton does, but a hot wash will flatten the pile and make it pill sooner.
Are these men's or women's?
Most of the range is cut straight and sized generously, so it is worn by men and women alike — those pieces are listed as Unisex and appear in both departments. Every product page carries its own measurements in inches, so check the chart rather than the label.
