Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them alongside our privacy policy, return policy and shipping policy, which form part of this agreement.

Who we are

ASF-ONE is a Pakistani winterwear label, trading from Lahore. We sell fleece hoodies, zip jackets, tracksuits and shawls for men, women and children. You can reach us through our contact page.

What we sell

Finished, ready-to-wear garments in standard sizes. Nothing we sell is made to measure.

Every product page lists the garment's measurements — chest, length and sleeve — in inches, for each size.
Measurements are taken flat and are approximate. A variation of one to three centimetres between items of the same size is normal in garment manufacturing and is not a fault.
Fabric weights and compositions are stated where the manufacturer provides them.

Sizing

There is no national sizing standard for casualwear in Pakistan, and a given size label differs between manufacturers. We publish garment measurements precisely so you do not have to rely on the label. If you order using the label alone and it does not fit, that is a size exchange under our return policy, not a fault.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch, not when you complete checkout. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

We may limit the quantity of any item available to one customer or one address.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any tax that applies. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before you pay.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it.

Cash on delivery is available within Pakistan. Refusing a cash on delivery parcel without contacting us first may mean we decline future cash on delivery orders from the same address or phone number.

Colour and photography

We photograph garments as accurately as we can, but screens differ and dye lots vary slightly between production runs. A small variation between a photograph and the item you receive is normal and is not a fault. If a specific shade matters to you, ask us before ordering.

Care

Care instructions are given on the product page and on the garment label. Fleece and polyester should be washed cold and not tumble dried. Damage caused by washing contrary to those instructions — shrinkage, melted pile, heat marks — is not a manufacturing fault.

Returns

Set out in full in our return policy. In short: seven days from delivery, unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached. We arrange the pickup.

Our content

The text, photographs, designs and code on this site belong to ASF-ONE or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written consent. You are welcome to share links to our pages.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for anything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

Liability

We take responsibility for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality, and nothing here limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from a courier delay outside our control.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control, including courier disruption, strikes, natural events, or restrictions imposed by any government.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that governs it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
